Meet Our Facilitator
As a Counselor for over 25 years, group counseling facilitator, certified Yoga Teacher & Level II Sound Healer along with Fitness/Nutrition Advocate, I combine various methods as a holistic approach to bring self-awareness of how we are approaching our lives; mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I take my passion of health research to the next level.
I believe in optimizing our health and wellness by incorporating every modality available to provide positive healing and wellness outcomes. Nutrition, Fitness, Yoga, Sound Healing, Movement, Breathwork and Cognitive Behavioral counseling are profound tools to promote optimal wellness. Each modality bringing greater insight to our wellbeing and providing coping mechanisms to help individuals physically and emotionally address the effects of life’s challenges.
